Professor Kevin j Hargrave has been Swazzling his Punch and Judy Shows to the young and old alike for over 16 years, during these years his shows have taken him the length and breadth of Great Britain performing at Birthday parties, Weddings, Christening’s, Fetes, Fun day’s, and even on BBC television's the 60 minute makeover programme. and soon to be on Doc Martin this Autumn.
In 1995 he took his Fit-up to St Paul’s Church in Covent Garden to perform at Punch’s birthday celebration resulting in being invited to become a member of the Punch and Judy Fellowship and the privilege of being endowed with the title of Professor.

Punch and Judy continues to thrive despite the X box and the Wi probably because of its versatility and the interaction it encourages with it’s audience, He has never done the same show twice and it’s not because he has forgotten his lines, it’s usually an excitable little person in the audience responding to some action or phrase in the show then he has to adlib and change the routine slightly to accommodate their response, and it’s this unknown factor that keeps the show exciting and alive.

Kevin is also a member of the prestigious Leicester Magic Circle and has served as Chairman for 5 years, His Magic repertoire includes Close-up and Cabaret magic for the older clientel (see contacts page), then for the little people his Comedy Magic and Balloon Modelling Shows are 2nd to none.

As a member of Equity he is fully insured and also CRB checked.

My Punch and Judy Fit up was recently seen on that very popular TV series Doc Martin, filmed on the quay side at Port Isaac or is that 'Port Wenn'. Mr Punch and his pals spent a great 3 days filming for this coming series, pity they cut so many shots out ! oh well that's show business......
